Charlie is... the freelance pseudonym of Michael Welch.

Specializing in web-development but in no way limited to it, I’m always ready to get my hands dirty exploring new technologies and ideas to meet the sophisticated needs of clients using professional tools such as XHTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Adobe products, energy drinks, late night hours, or whatever I need along the way to get the job done. I’m always willing to take on new challenges to please my clients while simultaneously growing my knowledge-base and expertise.

How’s all this work?

That’s a fair question and if I may, let me explain:

Charlie is... hardworking and I tirelessly test and re-test my work to unearth any coding weirdness, image imperfections, or just plain old errors. The same effort is applied to make sure designs are compatible for all modern browser types (meaning your site will look great in Firefox, Internet Explorer 6+, Safari, Google Chrome, and even on an iPhone). Many people don’t realize the complexities that come with this task but I feel it is one of the most important aspects of web-design. I want you to reach as many people possible with your great business ideas.
